Decent Price and average C/B |

Besides all the other bad reviews for this C/B, I find it pretty ok. Other than the lame 4X20 scope, just throw it away. I've shot about 50-60 shots from this C/B with a better scope, and it hasn't been broken yet : ) I don't know how the other people who bought it, broke it in 1-2 days. Ahahah, Besides that, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I would recommend people to buy this c/b for its price, and average shooting. ENJOY!

I bought 2 NcStar 100lb crossbows 1 broke the first day and the 2nd broke the next day. I would not recommend wasting money on this crossbow. I realize it is priced cheap but should last a little longer. About 90 bucks down the drain.

I've had it for a few weeks now, so I've been able to shoot a few hundred bolts through it. For the money, it's an excellent buy. On the plus side, it's very accurate at 35 to 40 ft. and very reliable shot for shot. Also, it's very easy to cock. On the minus side, doesn't have quite the velocity as the Cobra 80lb pistol crossbow. But all in all, I'm very happy with it.

It broke after a few shots |

I was SO excited to get this crossbow and really liked the size and weight. It was a bit challenging to assemble with the instructions printed on the back of the box but we managed. I only got off a few shots before the lock for the cocking mechanism broke. It is just a metal pin in plastic so it seems that it wasn't made for the long haul. I am so disappointed because it was the perfect size and weight for a small person and a great price.
